Here’s another pineapple recipe.

I’m trying to use up the fresh pineapple I got on sale the other day. Wasn’t planning on having to leave for work quite so soon.

I do love pinacoladas, even if I have to make them virgin. 😉

  So sorry I missed your question. I’ve really been having a hard time keeping up with all this. In case you’re still interested, a virgin drink is just one without the alcohol. So for the pinacolada just leave out the rum. Hope that helps. 🙂
